The Brilliant Mind Behind FlowSync

IMG_7560.jpeg

Tiana Shell is the founder and creator of FlowSync, a FemTech innovation company focused on transforming how menstrual health is understood through wearable technology and intelligent software.

She is the mind behind Femnity, biometric period panties designed to track cycle-related data and deliver personalized insights through a connected companion app powered by an AI assistant named Auntie Flow. Her work sits at the intersection of women’s health, innovation, and lived experience—turning everyday menstrual care into a deeper source of awareness and understanding.

Before FlowSync, Tiana founded Tala Love Co., a brand dedicated to eco-friendly, reusable period panties. That experience helped ground her work in real-world menstrual care needs and sustainable design, while shaping her vision for smarter, more supportive period solutions.

A graduate of Carrollton High School (2009), she also studied Business Administration with a focus on International Business at West Georgia Technical College and was accepted into a nursing program, further deepening her interest in healthcare systems and women’s wellness.

Today, Tiana’s work is centered on advancing menstrual health innovation by combining wearable technology, AI, and lived experience to create tools that help people better understand their bodies with clarity and confidence.
